How is the weekly horoscope calculated?
Wednesday's planetary positions are taken as the week's foundation. The Moon's rashi and nakshatra are computed for each day, and the bhava it occupies from your Janma Rashi is then analysed. All calculations are sidereal, using the Lahiri Ayanamsa and the NC method.
How is the "best day" of the week decided?
For each day the quality is judged by which bhava the Moon occupies from the Janma Rashi. The 3rd, 6th, 10th and 11th bhavas are especially auspicious — a day with the Moon in one of these is counted the best.
What is the difference between the daily and the weekly horoscope?
The daily horoscope analyses the Moon's transit for that one day. The weekly horoscope weighs the planetary situation of the whole week together — the Moon's seven-day journey and any notable planetary events.
